Persönliche Einführung

My desire to become an au pair comes from my personal experience caring for children within my family. When my aunt lost her husband, she had to take on the responsibility of working while raising her two children on her own. During this time, I wanted to support her as much as I could. After I finished school each day, I often became a big sister to my cousins and took care of them until their mother returned home. I helped them with their homework, prepared simple meals, and made sure they followed their daily routines. We spent time playing together, reading stories, and talking about their day, which helped them feel safe and comfortable. I also learned how important emotional support is for children, especially during difficult times. I tried to be patient, kind, and understanding, and to create a warm environment where they felt listened to and cared for. Through this experience, I developed a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine love for childcare. This is why becoming an au pair feels very meaningful to me, as it allows me to continue caring for children while being part of a family.
