Persönliche Einführung
Hi, Future Host Family!
My name is Adiee, 23, from the Philippines, and I’m a Philippine passport holder, ready to start my au pair journey as soon as possible, God willing.
I’m a caring, responsible, friendly, creative, organized, adventurous, and fun-loving person with strong English communication skills. I love cooking, hiking, going to the beach, watching movies, exploring new places, and being close to nature. I’m also a graduate of Environmental Science, which makes my love for nature even more meaningful to me.
My Experience With Children
Taking care of children has been part of my life since I was young. I helped care for my younger sister, which taught me patience, responsibility, and attentiveness.
I also cared for an 8–10-year-old child from a Filipino-Australian family here in the Philippines. I helped with school preparation, meals, reading, homework and projects, tidying his room, and of course, playing and having fun together.
For me, childcare is more than simply completing tasks. I want children to feel safe, heard, encouraged, and genuinely cared for. I enjoy being part of their everyday moments—from helping with homework to playing games, reading stories, or simply sharing a laugh.
Why Au Pair?
I don’t want to become an au pair just to travel. I want to experience what it’s like to truly live with and become part of a family in another country.
I’m excited to learn about a new culture, share my Filipino culture, grow as a person, and create meaningful memories with my host family. I’m also happy to help with childcare and reasonable household tasks and to learn your family’s routines and expectations.
I may be a little shy at first, but once I’m comfortable, you’ll discover my talkative, playful, caring, and silly side!
A Little About Me
I also want to be honest from the beginning: I am a transgender woman. Being authentic and true to myself is important to me, so I hope to find a host family who is open-minded, respectful, accepting, and supportive.
I’m not looking for a perfect family. I’m hoping to find a warm and welcoming home where we can communicate openly, respect one another, and feel comfortable being ourselves.
I would love to become someone your children can trust, feel comfortable with, and have fun with, while also being someone your family can rely on.
I’m excited for this new chapter, and God willing, I hope to meet my future host family soon. Maybe this could be the beginning of something beautiful for all of us.
