Dear Host Family, My name is Dyan Castlain G. Kvale, and I am a recent graduate from the Philippines. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am excited about the opportunity to become an au pair and to be part of a family where we can learn from one another, create meaningful memories, and build a genuine connection. I grew up in a close-knit family, where caring for younger relatives became a natural part of my daily life. Through helping raise and look after my younger cousins, and other family members, I learned the importance of patience, responsibility, kindness, and understanding. These experiences taught me how to create a safe, loving, and fun environment for children while supporting their growth and development. People who know me describe me as warm, dependable, and easy to get along with. I enjoy spending time with children through creative activities, storytelling, arts and crafts, outdoor walks, playing games, and helping with homework whenever needed. I also enjoy cooking, listening to music, exploring new places, and learning about different cultures. Becoming an au pair is more than just an opportunity, it's a chance to become part of a second family. I look forward to sharing my culture and traditions while embracing yours. I believe that mutual respect, open communication, and kindness are the foundation of a happy home, and I would be honored to contribute positively to your family's everyday life. I understand that trusting someone to care for your children is a big decision.
