Introduzione personale
I want to become an au pair because I see it as more than just an opportunity to travel abroad. I want to experience a different culture, meet new people, learn a new language, and most importantly, become part of a family where I can also contribute and be helpful.
I have always been comfortable around children. I have experience taking care of my two young nephews, and I also spend time teaching children in our church every Sunday. These experiences taught me to be patient, responsible, understanding, and attentive to children’s needs. I enjoy playing with them, telling stories, helping them learn, and simply being there for them.
I also grew up in a farming family, so I learned the value of hard work and responsibility at an early age. I am not afraid of household tasks or helping with daily routines. I understand that being an au pair comes with responsibilities, and I am willing to learn and adjust to the way of life of my host family.
As someone from the Philippines, I am excited to share my culture, food, traditions, and stories with my future host family while also learning from theirs. I know that living with a family in another country will come with challenges, but I am ready to step outside my comfort zone, learn from the experience, and grow as a person.
I am not looking for someone to simply give me a chance because they feel sorry for me. I am asking for an opportunity to show what I can do, to be useful, to learn, and to become part of a family. I believe that being an au pair can be a meaningful experience for both me and my future host family.
