Personal introduction

Hello family My name is Abigael Maresi and I am a 25-year-old from Nairobi, Kenya. I have a Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE), and I genuinely enjoy working with children of different ages. Through my studies and practical teaching experience, I have learned how to care for children, support their learning, create fun educational activities, and help them feel safe and confident. I am a responsible, patient, and warm person who enjoys reading stories, drawing, singing, helping with homework, and planning creative activities for children. I can also assist with light household tasks related to the children, such as preparing simple meals, tidying their rooms, and organizing their toys. I speak English fluently and have also studied German, which has helped me become more open to new cultures and languages. I would love to become an au pair because I want to experience life in a new country, improve my language skills, and become part of a caring family while helping with your children. I believe my ECDE Experience gives me a better chance because I have professional knowledge of child development, learning through play, and age-appropriate activities. I understand the importance of patience, communication, and creating a positive environment for children. I hope to become not just an au pair, but a trusted and supportive member of your family.
